Upcoming events

Here is a list of upcoming online and in person events, where you can ask questions, learn more about benchmarking, and speak to our team about the project and your team's requirments

Check ins

The Check-in events happen on a quarterly frequency and are an opportunity for teams to learn about benchmarking and the latest updates. These events start with a mindfulness exercise, staying true to DBT tradition. The event then splits into parallel sessions: one for teams new to benchmarking and another for those already benchmarking. Afterwards, everyone comes together to discuss relevant topics of interest, such as peer benchmarks, strategies for improvement, and insights from experienced teams. Each event also highlights a focused topic—previous discussions have included dropout rates, top tips for success, and more.

Annual National Benchmarking Events

In these one-day events, we will discuss benchmarking implementation (facilitators and barriers), as well as benchmarking against peers and empirical benchmarks, having moments for consultation on data analysis. We also share updates on the website, and consult with teams about the improvement they would like to see on the benchmarking website!
The event also includes a learning topic with clinical interest, having as hosts of the Event Professor Michaela Swales, PhD Julieta Azevedo, and the benchmarking team, which includes Dr. Ayesha Saifi and Josh Osborne.
National Health Service England (NHS England) supports the project as part of their investment in enhancing the quality of evidence-based psychological therapies offered to clients in services.
